How do I access my purchased theme?

After payment confirmation, you can access your theme from the “My Account” section. Download links are also sent to your email address.

When will I receive my purchase code?

Your unique purchase code is generated immediately after payment and is available in your account under “Licenses”. This code is required for support requests and updates.

How do I install the theme?

Detailed installation instructions are included in the theme documentation. Generally, you can install WordPress themes through Appearance > Themes > Add New in your WordPress dashboard. For more information, please review the documentation folders of the themes you download. It will help you with everything from installation to customization.

What if I need help with installation?

If you encounter issues during installation, please submit a support ticket through your account. After copying the theme license from the “Licenses” section, you can enter your license code from the “Support” tab and open a support request. Our team will assist you within 24 hours on business days.

How do I receive theme updates?

Theme updates are available in your account dashboard. You’ll also receive email notifications when updates are released for your purchased themes.
