This service provides ongoing technical maintenance and security management for the MetronTrack website and its customized SaaS-based WordPress infrastructure.
The service includes:
- WordPress core updates
- Plugin updates and compatibility checks
- Theme compatibility checks
- SaaS system compatibility checks
- Security updates and security reviews
- Performance and technical checks
- Existing integration and form checks
- Customer and subscription system checks
- Testing existing functionality after updates
- Identification and resolution of technical issues related to the existing website structure
- Ongoing compatibility monitoring
- Technical maintenance of the existing MetronTrack website
- Removal of unnecessary or outdated demo elements where applicable
MetronTrack Platform Integration
As part of the technical development of the main MetronTrack website, we will also add a clear link/access point from metrontrack.com to the existing platform at login.metrontrack.com, allowing users to access the platform directly from the main website.
This integration refers to the connection and user access flow from the MetronTrack website to the existing platform. It does not include development or modification of the underlying external platform itself.
Because MetronTrack uses a customized SaaS structure, updates will be performed carefully rather than applying changes blindly. The system will be reviewed and tested after major updates to ensure that existing functionality remains stable.
Price: It is the annual service fee.
This service covers the ongoing technical maintenance and security/compatibility management of the MetronTrack website.
Important: This service covers the MetronTrack website and the systems developed and managed as part of the agreed scope. Third-party platforms, external server administration, external application development, commercial SSL certificates and other third-party infrastructure services are not included unless specifically agreed separately.
