Happiness is a concept that we often question and sometimes even forget in this period when we say health and economic crises, war and poverty. A sincere smile, enthusiastic laughter are the most precious moments of happiness we need these days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So, how are things in our business world, where we spend a third of our lives? The changing order, current uncertainty and crisis environment also have a huge impact on our happiness at work. In these times, the things we need most are clear: security, belonging, empathy, communication, trust, education, appreciation and more\u2026 We all know many ways to make employees happy now.
