One of the resources that an institution needs in order to produce a product or service is human resources. “Human resources”, which we can simply define like this, also refers to the work done on people in that institution and the people who do these studies.

 

The process of documenting all relations of an employee with his company is called “personnel management”. In its center, there is a set of documents known as “personnel file”. The personnel file is a kind of employee record file that contains all the information about the employee that each company should keep separately for each employee.

 

Performance appraisal is the measurement of an employee’s potential, abilities, behavior at work and all work-related qualities by comparing them with other employees. It is done in a certain order and repetitively.
