Frequently Asked Questions.

Can you tell me about yourself?
Although this question is the most classic interview question in job interviews, it is one of the questions that candidates make the most mistakes while answering. When faced with this question in a job interview, don't focus on your own life story. The HR specialist doesn't care how many siblings you have or which street you live on. With this question, the HR specialist wants to find out what you have learned from past work experiences, in which areas you are responsible, in which areas you are very good at your job, what excites you about your job.
Why should we hire you?
It is one of the most frequently asked questions that gives the candidate the most opportunity to make his own personal introduction while answering. The sensitive point that candidates should focus on while answering this question is the fact that they should be original. Therefore, while answering the question, avoid cliché sentences such as "Because I am very good at my job". Instead, make a comprehensive research about the company and the position, and emphasize with your success story that you will tell how much your own experiences and the position you are applying for and the company match.
What are your strengths?
This is another question that gives candidates the opportunity to explain themselves and their strengths. While answering this question, highlight your strengths that are directly related to your job with the examples you will tell. Answering this question by stating your irrelevant aspects that are not related to your job will be one of the biggest mistakes you will make.
What are your weak points?
While answering this question, candidates should tell HR experts that they are aware of their weaknesses and the steps they have taken to improve these aspects. Therefore, when you are asked to indicate your weak points in the interview, instead of saying "I have no weak points", explain with examples how you overcome this aspect and what you did for it.
Why do you want to work with us?
While asking this question, the HR specialist actually wants to hear from the candidates how much they want to be a part of the company. Therefore, stay away from sentences such as “Because I need a job”, “Because I need to earn money”. Before answering such questions, it is important that you learn about the company and when answering, you state what you like most about the company and why you want to work in that company.
