How do we know if a hairdresser is good?

It is very important that the hairdresser you go to is hygienic. The best way to tell if a hair salon is clean is to look at its sinks, towels, paint pots and floors. Used paint cans, hair in the sink, dust on the floor are proof that that room is not clean.
