In popular psychology, grief is often equated with overcoming loss; but can we really overcome the loss completely? Although it is not completely overcome, in the process of mourning, the person gradually cuts himself off from his lost relatives, memories and hopes. Moreover, although there is a strong link between grief and grief and is sometimes used interchangeably, grief is how we process grief, while grief is an emotional response to the loss.
