From the first second, a real 72 BPM heartbeat clock beats quietly at the core of the theme — and on every beat, light (and only light) answers: buttons glow softly, status dots breathe, rings brighten. A living WebGL field of light motes drifts behind every page. One continuous ECG line travels the entire site, flatlining, beating, rising and resolving as your visitor scrolls the story. Nothing shouts. Nothing jumps. Everything is felt, never noticed — because that is what calm feels like, and calm is what a clinic sells.

A THEME WITH VITAL SIGNS

The Pulse. A genuine heartbeat clock drives the whole experience layer. Every glow, every ring, every accent breathes on the beat — tuned to be sensed, not seen.

The Vital Field. Up to 2,500 seeded light motes and three light volumes rendered in Three.js drift behind your content. The field reads its colors live from your palette, steps down automatically through a FULL → LITE → STATIC quality ladder on weaker devices, and recovers gracefully from any GPU hiccup. Content is never lost.

The ECG Spine. Scroll progress made visible: one uninterrupted heartbeat line accompanies the visitor through the whole page — a quiet narrative from flatline to resolution.

The Vital Cursor. On mouse devices, the cursor becomes a small vital dot. Over every link and button it transforms into a miniature ECG that draws one heartbeat per real beat. Over text, a fine caret. Nobody else has this cursor. Nobody.

The Adaptive Story Engine. Sanus remembers (locally, cookie-free) how many times a visitor has arrived and opens with a different mood — hope, technology, knowledge. Your site never feels identical twice.

No perceptible loading. The FIRST BREATH entrance plays once per session. Every navigation afterwards glides through a soft membrane while the next page is prefetched on hover. Your clinic never keeps a patient waiting — not even for a page.

THE SPECIMEN LENS — a hero the web has not seen before

Forget sliders. The Sanus hero is a microscope stage: your photograph lives inside a giant circular lens, ringed by fine tick marks that slowly rotate and breathe with the heartbeat. Beside it, a live telemetry rail reads the organism’s actual vitals — (SYS 72 BPM · MOOD HOPE · VISIT 01 · FIELD LIVE) — real values from the theme’s own heartbeat clock and story engine, updating as you watch. Your headline owns the left. Nothing ever covers a face.

  • THE HEALTH MAP— Navigation as a full-screen luminous membrane, not a drawer: numbered chapters with clean accordion submenus, plus a Body Systems quick index that builds itself from your menu. Zero hard-coding.
  • BODY SYSTEMS ILLUMINATION— Hover a specialty and its accent color ripples through theentire living world— page and WebGL field together. Each specialty detail page carries its own accent the same way.
  • KNOWLEDGE SPHERES— Doctors as floating circular portraits inside beat-lit rings, with their social channels assatellites orbiting the sphere’s lower arc.

Sanus is driven by a single source of truth: Theme Settings → CSS variables → every CSS rule AND every WebGL scene. Change the Vital teal once and the buttons, rings, gradients, the drifting field, the lens, the cursor and the return dial all repaint together — GPU included, within ~150ms.
